You will be carrying out varied work including general plumbing, pipe fitting, installing radiators, power flushing, and 1st and 2nd fixing of bathroom and shower room sanitaryware. Very varied work with experienced technical support always available if needed.
Our customer base covers domestic and commercial sectors, and we have a strong commitment to providing valuable customer service and workmanship.
We are Gas Safe, MCS, and air conditioning installers of all the big suppliers, including Vaillant, Worcester, GlowWorm, and Daikin. Ongoing training with manufacturers is provided.
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with various plumbing systems in both residential and commercial settings. This role requires proficiency in plumbing techniques, the use of hand and power tools, and the capability to perform heavy lifting as needed.
Duties
* Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and fittings.
* Diagnose plumbing issues and determine appropriate solutions.
* Strong knowledge of soldering and press fit as required.
* Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
* Provide good customer service, reporting into the office daily and completing paperwork.
* Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in plumbing or a related field is preferred.
* Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
* Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to installations.
* Valid clean driving license.
* Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during installations or repairs.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
* Level 2 Plumbing Required.
* Unvented certification preferred.
