Marc Daniels is working with a market leading company in High Wycombe who are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join their finance team.
This is a permanent hybrid role (2 days in the office) with amazing benefits and a great working environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Accurate invoice entry and classification
2. Responding to and resolving supplier inquiries
3. Ensuring accurate supplier account balances
4. Facilitating timely invoice approvals
5. Handling diverse accounting support tasks
Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 years in a similar role
2. Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables and VLOOKUP's)
3. Able to commute to their High Wycombe office
4. Experience With Microsoft D365 (not Essential)
5. Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment
6. Organised, able to work to tight deadlines and able to prioritise multiple simultaneous workloads
