THE ROLE OF A COREPOWER YOGA STUDIO MANAGER
As a Studio Manager (SM), you live your power by delivering the world-class CorePower Yoga experience including leading the operations of a yoga studio, coaching and inspiring the CPY classroom experience, creating a premium sensory in-studio yoga experience (clean and safe) for the community, and training a team of world-class yoga instructors and mindful leaders.
Health and Safety Management in The Studio
1. Lead, execute and train all current CPY Smart Health Protocol and CDC guidelines in the studio.
2. Take ownership of the functionality of your studio and act as a liaison between the Studio Support Center facilities and IT teams.
3. Work with your Studio Coordinator to maintain an appropriate level of studio supplies.
Studio Presence and Guiding the Student Experience
1. Act as an ambassador of the CPY Core Values and inspire, train, and coach these values in others.
2. Commit to a minimum of 40 hours per week primarily in studio.
3. Teach a minimum of 6 aligned CPY5 classes per week.
4. Teach CorePower Live classes as directed by your District Manager.
5. Support training and facilitation of CPY programming and continuing education.
Leading the Studio Team
1. Own all processes related to the day-to-day operations of the studio.
2. Communicate CorePower Yoga policies and protocols for all staff members.
3. Develop, recruit, hire, and retain a Core Values driven studio team.
4. Train and provide routine feedback to your Studio Coordinator(s).
5. Manage staffing for your studio’s class and SET schedule.
Grow the Business
1. Take responsibility for continued revenue and cultural growth of your studio.
2. Train and inspire your full team on Black Tag Membership retention and growth goals.
3. Partner with your District Manager to set studio goals and collaborate on progress.
4. Provide solution-oriented feedback to enhance the student experience.
5. Own the retail business within your studio.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
1. Must demonstrate CorePower Yoga Core Values.
2. Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
3. Completion of a relevant 200-hour teacher training or Yoga Sculpt program is required.
4. Minimum of 1 year in customer service-oriented role required.
5. Minimum of 1 year in operations or retail leadership experience preferred.
THE FINE PRINT
1. 5-6 days a week/40+ hours a week.
2. Availability must match the needs of the business.
3. Must be able to move around the studio space and lift up to 25 lbs.

COMPENSATION
$64,000.00 annually
