1. Investigate and resolve broker and company queries by liaising with managers, colleagues, sales team and external customers as appropriate
2. Provide management reports, including membership lists and claims usage reports, as requested
3. Ensure company contacts are updated on system
4. Ensure a compliant 'change of broker' process
5. Assist the Corporate Account Team Leader in the implementation of new bespoke schemes/price points
6. Assist the Corporate Account Team Leader in preparing contracts for new corporate customers, TUPE transfers, Terms of Business Agreements for new Broker Group
7. Process bulk renewal force migrations as required
8. To import new business manually and/or electronically
9. To assist with duplications to ensure Service levels are met
