The position of Sales Development Representative involves prospecting and generating appointments for our Sales Team, focusing on customers with employee sizes typically over 1 to 500 employees. Key responsibilities include generating and qualifying sales leads, converting them into opportunities, and maintaining a continuous flow of qualified opportunities to the sales team.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be expected to lead generation, qualification, and engagement, contacting Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) promptly, qualifying prospects (BANT), informing and nurturing relationships, and reporting and tracking performance based on set KPIs.
To succeed in this role, you should have experience within a Sales/Business Development Representative role, strong opportunity qualification, objection handling, and time management ability, as well as good understanding of call structuring, conversation control, and pitching.
Salary: €45,000 - €60,000 per annum.
