Main duties of the job Provide leadership, vision and direction for the Workforce & OD directorate. Support and deputise for the Chief People Officer and ensure delivery of the Workforce & OD strategy through the formulation and delivery of operational plans. Provide leadership and strategic direction to the team leads, ensuring that they are supported to meet their role and team objectives while maintaining effective and supportive Workforce & OD directorate relationships across all areas. Support innovative transformative workforce plans that are also aligned to new ways of working and the assumptions in the workforce strategy.
