Job Description:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to lead the management and procurement of key contracts relating to our estate services, including grounds maintenance, tree services, and cleaning contractors working across our schemes, sites, and communal areas. You’ll play a vital part in continuously improving the service we provide to our customers, using data to inform decisions.
Your work will be essential in ensuring our neighbourhoods are maintained to a high standard and effectively meet the needs of our customers. If you're experienced in contract management and thrive on making a real difference in communities, we’d love to hear from you.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in operational-level contract management
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Experience leading operational delivery in a customer-focused environment
* Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and adapt communication styles
* Influence and engage others at all levels of the organisation
* Competence in IT systems including Microsoft Office, Excel, and data platforms
* Experience using data for decision-making and service improvement
* Confidence in decision-making and issue resolution in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent planning and organisational skills
* Ability to produce high-quality reports and manage budgets
* Willingness to participate in on-call rota
* Valid UK driving licence
