Your Role as a Care Assistant: As a Care Assistant, you’ll provide exceptional care to residents, ensuring they live later life well. Your daily duties will include: • Assisting residents with personal care needs. • Supporting residents to participate in a variety of activities that promote their health and wellbeing. • Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families. • Working as part of a dedicated team to deliver the highest standard of care.
