An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Paediatric Surgical Nursing Team based on Acorn Ward.
The 12 month fixed term contract requires flexibly over a seven day service with differing shift patterns covering 24/7 service.
The role may involve rotation and or covering of shifts within other parts of the Paediatric Unit to meet the needs of the service.
Children and young people are admitted to Acorn Ward for planned and emergency surgery for a variety of specialities including
• General surgery
• Orthopaedic
• Ophthalmology
• Maxillofacial
• Plastic Surgery
• Ear Nose and Throat
