As an Electrician, you will be responsible for providing a professional and customer orientated service, delivering the `Right First Time’ culture we promise our customers. You will diagnose, undertake and efficiently complete repairs in both occupied and empty homes. You will also carryout a range of electrical repairs, installation and testing as responsive repairs, planned investment refurbishment works such as replacement kitchens & bathrooms and a planned programme of electrical installation condition reporting. Specific tasks of the role include, but are not limited to: - To execute works in accordance with trade qualifications and assist other trade operatives to fulfil their work orders. - Ensure works completed are to the highest standard and are correctly completed first time as reasonably practicable. - Participate as an electrician in the delivery of an effective out of hours’ emergency repair service on a rota system - Ensure all KPI's are met including productivity levels, quality of work, 'right first time', recalls and appointments kept. Skills and Experience required if you want to become our Electrician : - Hold a level 3 Electrical qualification, with 18th edition updates and 2391 inspection and test qualifications and experience - A van and basic power tool allocation will be provided, you will provide your own hand tools - Must have a full UK manual driving licence - The post holder will be subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure check and a six month probation period About Us: BCHG is proud to be recognised as a Times top 100 Company in The Midlands.
