My client is a leading Distribution company based in Tamworth and currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor.
Based at their modern offices, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales and National Accounts Team. You will be responsible for speaking with our Customers, processing orders, raising quotations, and following up quotations. This role will involve managing your own accounts, maintaining relationships, and building growth within them.
This is a fantastic role, and you will be the hub function for the team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the Sales and National Accounts Team.
2. Process orders and raise quotations.
3. Follow up on quotations.
4. Manage your own accounts and maintain relationships.
5. Build growth within your accounts.
The ideal candidate will be confident using Microsoft and have excellent Customer Service experience, whether over the phone or face to face. You will be a good listener and remain professional and calm at all times. You will be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.15pm
Salary: £25,116.00 per annum plus an additional £4,200 per year achievable bonus.
