Key accountabilities include:
1. Lead and conduct thorough investigations of incidents and accidents
2. Publish detailed investigation reports and recommendations in Global HESS and share findings with relevant stakeholders
3. Follow-up actions related to investigations and ensure these are tracked and closed as required by the responsible person(s)
4. Coordinate with Carnival's Incident Advisory Group, attending meetings and working groups
Position Requirements

Required Qualifications and Skills
1. Technical or Deck Officer COC qualifications
2. Lead investigator experience
3. Proven record of implementation of an electronic incident management database/system.
