Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the healthcare facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
Coordinate with medical and administrative staff to promote a collaborative work environment.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, ensuring adherence to HIPAA standards.
Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, implementing improvements as necessary.
Manage budgets and financial resources to ensure the sustainability and growth of the facility.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Health Care Management, Nursing, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
Current registration and licensure as a healthcare professional (e.g., RN, LPC, etc.) as applicable.
Proven experience in a managerial role within a healthcare setting, preferably in the hospital sector.
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement in healthcare delivery.
You will need to be suitably qualified holding a Level 5 Diploma in leadership for Health & Social Care Services (Children and Young People’s Registered Management) Wales & NI and registered with Social Care Wales.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £23.03
