Electrical Installation Engineer
Bridgnorth
£44,000 - £45,000
4on/4off DAYS
My client has been successfully manufacturing for years, and the workforce has grown by 50% since 2012. They have unbelievable staff retention and some of the best benefits I have ever seen for a maintenance engineer. They are now looking to add an electrical installation engineer. The main duties will be electrical installations and cable work throughout the site; fault finding on the machinery is not a required skill-set. There is a chance to progress into an electrical maintenance engineer in the future.
Benefits for the electrical installation engineer:
* 6 months full sick pay every 12 months
* £750 Christmas bonus – pay for all your Christmas shopping
* Car benefit scheme (Tusker green car scheme) – choose from a range of electric vehicles including Audi E-tron/Polestar and much more (E-tron costing under £300 a month all in! This is a very good tax benefit and NI benefit. No deposit required, and the car is fully maintained)
* 14% contributory pension
* 23 days holiday for the 4on/4off (average is 20) – book four days off, get 12 days off work
