The Work
A broad and varied caseload of complex, high-value disputes, including:
Shareholder, partnership, and trust disputes
Commercial contract and warranty claims
Professional negligence cases
Restrictive covenant enforcement
Fraud and misrepresentation
Injunctive relief, including freezing orders
Contentious insolvency and enforcement
Reputational management, including defamation
