Role Purpose:
What to expect:
1. Communicating and liaising with Clients, Customers, Field Operations and other Central Operations colleagues in respect of the management of jobs.
2. Provide excellent customer service and keep key stakeholders informed of progress using telephone, email and/or client portals.
3. Use organisational skills to prioritise incoming and outgoing communications to ensure job progression and customer/client satisfaction
4. Dispatching and chasing of all client quotations via email or portal.
5. Dealing with urgent client queries or complaints effectively.
6. Preparing jobs for invoicing.
7. Escalating complaints where required.
8. Maintaining own admin duties.
9. First point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service at all times.
10. Ability to present oneself in a professional manner when dealing with the customers and stakeholders of the business.
What we are looking for:
11. Experience of working in a telephony based, customer focused environment.
12. Outstanding customer service skills
13. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
14. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders
15. Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and Microsoft packages.
16. Able to work collaboratively as part of a wider team.
17. Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
