Cost management consultancy operating in the social housing sector, offering a wide array of projects from which junior members of the quantity surveying team will gain a breadth of experience from. Role
An Assistant Quantity Surveyor is required within the regional team to work closely with the company Directors. This is an office based position, hands-on development and training will be provided at a pace to suit the individual, with opportunities to work with and shadow senior members of the commercial team.
Experience Required
The ideal applicant will already be working towards a quantity surveying qualification at college or university, with some experience and knowledge gained in a practical work setting; client, contractor or subcontractor environment. Communication and organisation skills, a professional manner, and ambition to progress with high standards are prerequisite measures for success in this role.
Remuneration
Negotiable depending on experience, ranging between £25,000 and £35,000.
