The Role:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in enhancing and maintaining our cloud infrastructure, enabling seamless delivery of customer deployments, and supporting our development and operations teams with cutting-edge tools and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, implement, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure cloud infrastructure.
* Manage and optimise cloud environments, primarily on AWS, with knowledge of Azure being a significant advantage.
* Build and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform, ensuring consistency and repeatability across deployments.
* Deploy, monitor, and maintain containerized applications using Kubernetes.
* Collaborate with development teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient delivery of high-quality software.
* Maintain and enforce GitOps best practices for managing infrastructure and application code.
* Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
Qualifications and Experience
* Proven experience with AWS cloud services; familiarity with Azure and/or GCP is a plus.
* Strong expertise in Terraform for infrastructure as code.
* Hands-on experience with Helm & Kubernetes for container orchestration.
* Knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).
* Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
* Familiarity with scripting languages like Python, Bash, or similar.
