We are looking for a compassionate, dynamic, experienced, midwife, who will be committed in promoting and nurturing a culture of Civility in the workplace. The Matron for Intrapartum Care will be an integral member of the senior leadership team, responsible for the provision of high-quality care, the day-to-day operational management of the service, implementing the Trust's strategy alongside national, regional, and local drivers for improvement. With transformational leadership skills and extensive midwifery experience, the matron will provide professional, clinical, and managerial leadership across the intrapartum services, and work in collaboration with the MDT and the wider matron team.
