Keen to join a market leader redefining what excellent looks like in the workplace world?
Have a passion for interrogating data to produce actionable insights and recommendations for the future workplace?
Confident and capable in front of a range of global clients?
This one could be for you!
Due to sustained growth this is an exciting opportunity for a junior consultant with a passion for workplace strategy and change. You will join a market leading workplace consulting team and work with a range of end clients advising on all things workplace.
Prior experience with workplace strategy and change is ideal but more than anything you will need excellent stakeholder management skills and confidence in presenting.
The main responsibilities are listed below – this is a hybrid role with 3-days per week based at the (award winning!) London office or at client site but there is a lot of flexibility.
* Strategy Development: Lead the development of workplace strategies that support business objectives, enhance employee experience, and optimise space utilisation.
* Research & Analysis: Conduct research on workplace trends, employee needs, and industry best practices to inform strategy. Analyse data on space usage, employee satisfaction, and productivity.
* Design & Implementation: Collaborate with designers, architects, and project managers to translate strategic goals into physical spaces. Oversee the implementation of workplace changes and monitor their impact.
* Change Management: Partner with HR and leadership to develop and execute change management plans that ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new workplace practices.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders across the organisation to gather insights, gain buy-in, and communicate the value of workplace initiatives.
* Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of workplace strategies and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
