Manpower are recruiting a Order Entry Delivery Coordinator for our client in NG14 due to client growth!
Working within the construction sector, your duties will include:
1. Processing customer orders promptly and efficiently
2. Liaising with customers and internal departments alike enabling all orders to be scheduled and delivered accordingly in line with customer expectations
3. Creating delivery tickets to ensure products are loaded and delivered on time and in full
4. Ensure contracts are up to date
5. Prepare and submit customer credit applications
6. Provide a high level of customer service

3. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
4. Hold a high level of attention to detail
5. Strong negotiation skills
6. Able to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
7. Comfortable working with numbers
DUE TO THE REMOTE LOCATION OF THE ROLE, APPLICANTS MUST HOLD A DRIVING LICENCE AND HAVE THEIR OWN TRANSPORT. APPLICANTS WITHOUT THIS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BE PUT FORWARDS FOR THE ROLE.
Working Hours:
1. Monday to Thursday: 8:45 am - 5 pm
2. Friday: 8:45 am - 4:30 pm
Salary: £24,599 per annum
