Financial Controller - Permanent - Blackburn (Hybrid) - Up to £80,000 + Bonus
IN2 Consult have an exciting opportunity to work with a global organisation based in Blackburn on a permanent basis. They go into the office 4 days per week and work remotely one day per week.
Duties of the Financial Controller role include:
* Leading, mentoring and developing a medium sized finance team which consists of a blend of part qualified and qualified finance professionals
* Managing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
* Identifying areas that could be improved and implementing process improvements
The successful Financial Controller will:
* Be fully qualified in ACA, ACCA or CIMA
* Have experience of managing medium sized finance teams
* Have at least 5 years PQE
