Contract Scotland is seeking an Estimating Coordinator to join our client, a reputable Civil Engineering Main Contractor with an annual turnover of over £100 million, to provide crucial support as a Document Controller.
This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks to ensure a smooth operation.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the organisation and management of all project documentation, ensuring it is accurately logged, stored, and easily accessible.
* Coordinate the distribution of project documents to relevant stakeholders.
* Maintain document control systems, ensuring compliance with internal standards and external requirements.
* Liaise with project teams to ensure documents are updated and reviewed regularly.
* Ensure proper version control and file management processes are adhered to.
* Provide support for project managers and team members regarding documentation queries.
* Assist in the preparation and submission of project documentation to clients, subcontractors, and authorities.
