Bodyshop Administrator / Customer Service Advisor
Location: Newark
Salary: £27,000 OTE £30,000
Company: Large Vehicle Repair Centre
Schedule: Permanent Position, Monday to Friday, 1 in 2 Saturday mornings 9am - 12pm (Paid as overtime)

Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
1. Handle calls from customers who have their vehicle booked in for repair with the centre.
2. Deal with customers coming into the site and ensure their needs are identified and met.
3. Manage all administration regarding customer claims and documentation.
4. Ensure customer awareness of all products and services available.
5. Approach all customers and assist with requests, including those regarding vehicle repairs.
6. Prepare job packs.
7. Update Autoflow bodyshop management system as required.
8. Handle dissatisfied customers calmly and escalate all complaints to the Bodyshop Manager.
9. Initiate job documentation and maintain customer records and follow-up systems.
Experience Required:
You must have an excellent customer-focused service background. Ideally, you will have worked in a Bodyshop / Accident repair centre or Dealership in a customer-focused role. You will have an excellent telephone manner and go above and beyond for all customers.
