Job summary Kingswood Health Centre are looking for an additional Clinical Pharmacist to join our well-established Pharmacy Team. You will work alongside the Pharmacy Team Manager and another Clinical Pharmacist (both independent prescribers), a Pharmacy Technician and a Prescription Clerk. Our Pharmacy Team are a key part of our practice and provide an outstanding service to our patients. This new post is on offer for between 25 - 30 hours per week. It will predominantly be based at the health centre but there will be some opportunity for remote working, workload depending. Main duties of the job To be responsible for an effective medicine management system within the practice, including cost-effective prescribing, medicines reconciliation, chronic disease management and medicines optimisation. Ideally working as an independent prescriber (although training can be provided), providing advice and support for both patients and colleagues.
