Why Kingdom Preschool?
Develop your childcare career in a setting that is second to none!
Kingdom Preschool in Whitfield, near Dover, was established in 2016. We are a full day care nursery school providing fantastic, affordable childcare between the ages of 3 months and 5 years. The individual rooms are beautifully designed and very well-equipped, and we offer children the all-year-round use of our fully accredited forest school, which is nestled in our very own woods situated directly behind the main building. We also have an in-house chef who prepares us all freshly cooked meals in the setting’s professional kitchen.
Our team of childcare professionals range from apprentice to QTS and are passionate about caring for children and fully dedicated to providing the very best in early years education. We are keen to offer like-minded individuals the opportunity to join our setting, which is unrivalled in the area in terms of facilities and space available for the children, come rain or shine. With us you will have free rein to use your skills, creativity, and imagination for the benefit of the children, whilst also being encouraged to enjoy your time at work and develop a fulfilling and rewarding career in childcare.
If you are self-motivated, enthusiastic, and looking for an environment where your creativity and imagination will flourish and inspire all those around you, then we are the right setting for your next career move.
The Opportunity
We are looking to recruit some fantastic Bank Staff members to support our team with holidays. Are you a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner or higher, who can demonstrate a passion for working with babies and young children with a commitment to delivering the highest standard of care and education through play to our children and families? We want to hear from you!
We can find hours to suit you on an ad-hoc basis or even a smaller weekly contract.
The Ideal Person
Ideally looking to hire a minimum of a level 3 qualified candidate, we would be open to meeting with higher qualified individuals and, of course, teachers who would like to make the move into Early Years full time.
What matters most to us are strong communication and teamwork skills coupled with the desire to join a team that is committed to creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment in which our children will benefit from the very best developmental outcomes.
