Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to S&OP Manager and work alongside dedicated and passionate teammates.
You’ll to join our successful material forecasting and analysis team and help us analyse and manage our long-term material requirements for internal and external suppliers, making sure that material and work package data is accurate during the process.
We’ll look to you for:
• Responsible for creation and maintenance of material cost model within SAP / Other modelling software
• Forecasting material usage / cost for full project life cycle
• Arrange and lead regular life cycle cost reviews
• Support work package management and financial processes
• Generate simulations / anticipate changes
• Reporting and analysis of the budget vs actual costs
• Identify priorities associated with risk/impact and set up recovery actions with stakeholders
• Analyse and share performance KPI's with different stakeholders
• Contribute to new business risk assessments and mitigation action plans
• Liaise with other departments to ensure the correct level of information is received
• Identification of cost reduction opportunities and maintain a potentials pipeline applying synergies across platform / commodity
• Apply APSYS roadmap and standards
• Manage Auditable Change Control
• Participate to EHS improvement and targets
• Enable project growth via accurate forecasting

Essential
• Graduated at least from Higher Education in Business
• Administration or Engineering or Supply Chain.
• Experience with ERPs, Supply Chain concepts, processes continuous improvement
• Inventory management & Material Planning techniques
• Ability to Influence, Negotiate and Communicate at all levels of an organisation
• Industrial scheduling
• Process orientated
• Supply Chain information systems
• Data analytics
• Project Management Basics
Desirable
• Supply Chain certification.
• SAP experience
