We are now looking for a Site Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role
As a Site Manager, you will manage the successful end-to-end delivery of our projects across the UK.
This is an office-based role in Ceredigion where you will manage key milestones, budgets, and external partners. You'll ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in line with contractual agreements whilst prioritising safety, quality, and compliance with environmental standards.
You will oversee contractors and manage and update the Construction Phase Plan, the Site Risk Register, and Site Diaries, ensuring KPIs are achieved and ensuring smooth project delivery.
About You
To be considered as a Site Manager, you will need:
1. Site Management experience
2. The ability to manage and deliver projects with a strong attention to detail
3. The ability to analyse complex information and drawings
4. Commercial awareness
5. Strong IT skills
