The Opportunity This is an amazing opportunity to join CGD and strengthen our product marketing function. The Product Marketing Manager will be a crucial link between Engineering, Business Development, Sales and Customers. You will be responsible for a compelling product portfolio of innovative 650 V GaN transistors for power supplies, chargers and adapters, and many other consumer, industrial and automotive applications. With your knowledge and understanding of the market, you will define strong product positioning and robust go-to-market plans that clearly articulate the value proposition for the markets we operate in. Consequently, you will be expected to get involved in research, both quantitative and qualitative, using primary and secondary sources and share those insights with the wider team. You will define target audiences and buyer personas, providing our Business Development and Sales teams with content and collaterals that help them at different stages of the buyer journey. Main Responsibilities Main tasks and responsibilities: Manage the 650 V GaN power transistors and ICs portfolio on a worldwide basis Share/align revenue targets with the business development team and with the sales organisation Initiate new product development by building specific business cases and identifying and quantifying market opportunities for all targeted markets (Consumer, Industrial, Automotive) Product positioning – define how to position each of CGD’s product families with respect to competitors Understand and analyse the competitive landscape, lead benchmarking activities, own competitor and market analysis, by coordinating with AE team Work with CMO on product roadmaps Support Business Development on building relationships with potential customers and partners Support Sales on building specific account penetration plans Conceive and lead effective Go-To-Market strategies by teaming up with Marcomms and external partners, to generate collateral to support the Sales team Lead new product introduction, define the event strategy and lead the overall messages at exhibitions and tradeshows Lead or co-lead marketing campaigns.
