Clinical Home Manager – Care / Nursing Home *PAY INCREASE*

Position: Home Manager – RGN, RMN or RNLD
Location: Great Yarmouth
Pay: Up to £65,000 per annum (More info below)
Contract: Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week available. Subject to availability.

About the Home/Company:
An amazing Home Manager opportunity has arisen in a lovely Care Home. Starting with one Care Home in the Suffolk area, they have grown rapidly to become a successful and innovative care provider, employing nearly 2,000 staff, and caring for 1,200 residents in over 30 Care Homes across the country. Responsibilities:
1. Overall responsibility of the home managing all direct reports and ensuring that it operates above all statutory, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
2. Driving occupancy in the home.
3. Implementing policies and procedures.
4. Manage the recruitment and training of the team; ensuring training targets are met and team are competent in their roles.
5. Manage rotas and ensure correct team member levels and skill mix within the home on a continual basis.
6. Lead, support, empower and inspire direct reports to deliver outcomes for the home.
7. Lead the team to ensure they are all aligned with the companies’ visions and values.
8. Building Relationships and Communication with residents, relatives, and external stakeholders.
9. Ensure all reporting is completed accurately and on time.
10. Ensure that all regulatory and statutory requirements are met, and company policies and procedures are adhered to.
11. Ensure any requirements from internal and external audits are actioned within the timescales required.
What we need:
1. Registered with a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK.
2. Someone with a proven track record in leadership and the management of a good or outstanding rated care home.
3. Someone who can motivate and promote good working ethos within the home.
4. A home manager with the confidence to maintain excellent working relationships with all levels of colleagues, families, visitors, and the local community.
5. You must be living in the UK with a valid passport or permit to work in the UK.
6. NVQ Level 4/5 in Leadership & Management.
