The Ladder School is looking to recruit an outstanding individual to join our team as a Mealtime Supervisor/Server.
The Ladder School is an academy that is part of The Mercian Trust, set up to offer effective alternative provision for the young people of Walsall. Based on the edge of Walsall town centre, there are excellent links to the local and wider community. The school operates under a commissioning model, where local mainstream schools identify students at risk of permanent exclusion and move them to The Ladder School to reform their behaviour and enable them to be successful in their future.
Responsibilities:
1. Supervise a small number of students during lunchtime.
2. Clean and tidy to ensure a suitable environment for staff and students.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Experience working in catering, ideally in a school setting.
2. Qualification/certificate in Health and Safety and Food Hygiene, or willingness to undertake this.
3. A good knowledge of how schools operate and a commitment to working as part of a close-knit team.
