MCS Group are delighted to be partnering with a Public Sector Organisation in their search to add an IT Services Manager in their ICT support team.
The Role:
* Assist the Head of ICT and Network Systems in establishing a coherent ICT strategy for the the organisation.
* Assist the Head of ICT and Network Systems on policy formulation relating to the ICT services.
* Develop and lead a high-performance team to ensure the efficient and effective realisation of the organisations vision, policies and This will include establishing, implementing and monitoring targets and objectives.
* Manage and develop all aspects of organisations ICT.
* Ensure that Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery documentation is maintained and reviewed regularly, and DR testing is carried out as required.
* Technical Lead on User Account Management, Provision of User Services and Helpdesk Management.
* Security Maintenance of organisation vital systems.
The Person:
* A Level 5 qualification (or higher) in a relevant subject area g. HND in Computing or Information Technology.
AND
* Minimum of 3 years experience in managing an IT Service Management Team.
* A minimum of three years’ experience in an enterprise network environment with a minimum of 100 Endpoints (Desktop and Mobile) over multiple sites.
* User Management including Office 365 licensing and security, Helpdesk and Asset Management, File and Data Management including O365 SharePoint, OneDrive & TEAMs, Software License Management.
