Pulse is currently seeking a Band 8a Clinical/Counselling Psychologist with excellent interpersonal skills, to join our fantastic Private Sector CAMHS team based in Lancashire. This vacancy is available to start as soon as possible, offering part-time hours for month period.
Role: Practitioner Psychologist
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Negotiable)
Location: Flexibility to combine home based and direct working (some travel required between different locations, must have access to own vehicle)
This is a leading national provider of therapeutic care and education to children and young people who have experienced disruption and adversity. We are currently recruiting additional Practitioner Psychologist to take up regional roles, supporting the delivery of our Keys Connect model of therapeutic practice.

You would be working with other psychologists and professional colleagues, providing direct clinical work, assessment, supervision, and training, and contributing to the ongoing delivery and development of our therapeutic services. We also actively encourage and support relevant research and publication.

Ideally, you will have post qualification experience working with children and families. Experience of working with children who are looked after would also be very useful.
We are keen to hear from HCPC registered psychologists with a clinical, counselling or education background
To be considered for this role, you must:
1. Hold a doctorate in either Clinical or Counselling Psychology
2. Be HCPC registered
3. Have a proven track record in a CAMHS environment
4. Be analytical and show good attention to detail
