Our client, a well-established and very well respected Chartered Financial Planning firm in Merseyside is currently recruiting a Practice Manager to join their busy growing team.
Key Contributions and Outputs:
* Providing operational advice and support on business areas, where appropriate, to the Business Executive(s) to ensure high levels of quality are achieved throughout the business
* Managing a legally compliant HR system in line with current regulations
* Ensuring adequate resources are in place to meet business aims and objectives
* Managing training and development to ensure the potential of individuals is achieved
* Promoting the profile of the business within the profession and wider communities, including managing marketing activities
* Managing the performance and development process to ensure consistency across the business
* Overseeing the provision of finance administration to support business needs
* Overseeing the provision of IT administration to support business needs
* Leading and supporting business projects to improve current practices
* Overseeing facilities throughout the business
* Ensuring that any business conducted is done in a responsible and compliant manner, meeting all legislative requirements, both internally and externally
* Managing the communication of all weekly Management Information to the Business Executive(s)
* Developing and maintaining internal relationships to help maintain business flow and meet agreed targets
* Continuous professional development to meet regulatory requirements and personal development needs.
The role holder has primary responsibility for:
* Overseeing the delivery of general office administration
* Overseeing the delivery of all aspects of business administration
* Overseeing the provision of designated marketing activities
* Overseeing the provision of HR Management and Practice
* Overseeing Continual Improvement policies and procedures
* Overseeing training, performance and development of individuals
* Overseeing the provision of finance administration to support business needs
* The role holder will also oversee and manage the delivery of: Designated projects as required by the Business Executive(s)
* IT hardware and software systems meeting the needs of the business
* Financial reporting to both the Business Executive(s) and designated regulatory bodies
* Compliance to current Fire Safety Law
* Compliance to current Health & Safety legislation
The role holder will also:
* Assist the Business Executive(s) with queries, complaints and general customer care activities, when required
* Manage and oversee annual business reviews of services and products
* Provide the Business Executive(s) with regular feedback on team performance and development
