Job Description
We currently have a very exciting opportunity for a sales Manager to Join the Mama gang in our trendy venue based in Shoreditch East London. With multiple quirky meeting spaces ,two Karaoke rooms and indoor garden bar along with 194 hotel rooms the opportunity to sell theses spaces is limitless.
We are on the prowl for a sales driven individual who has the flare for selling corporate and social events and private hires including weddings, meeting and events, groups and residentials along with upselling our restaurant and offers to guests, you will be proactive in finding new business and developing great relationships to activate repeat business. Being the first point of contact for our clients and ensuring a smooth delivery of each event from start to finish is key. We’re looking for a sales manager who is outgoing, sales driven and passionate about making Mama the number one destination for MICE.
You will be someone who has an extensive track record of delivering above and beyond budget targets. You will also have the opportunity to exhibit and sell the Mama brand at trade shows throughout London and over the UK and abroad.

Qualifications
Skills required:
1. Leadership Skills: Experience building and leading high-performing sales teams with a focus on achieving and surpassing targets.

3. Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Hospitality, other competitors, hotels

5. Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Adaptability: Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adaptable to changing market conditions
