Your Contributions: You should have knowledge and experience in policy, performance and customer care.You should have a working knowledge of current developments in the health and social care landscape. Preparing and presenting reports to a variety of audinces is a key function of this role. You will need the ability to work to tight deadlines and priortise yours and others workload effectively. You will also have experience of managing staff within this role. You will be self-motivated, with excellent communication and organisational skills and have the ability to translate complex information into workable procedures, as well as being able to manage multiple projects and develop sound working relationships.
