Family Solicitor, 6+ Years PQE, Cheltenham £65,000 - £80,000 (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Family Solicitor to join a leading firm, offering long-term career development opportunities and the chance to undertake a high calibre of work. JOB REF: 8969.
Our client is a highly regarded regional firm with an excellent and historic local reputation, reputed throughout the region for their provision of accessible and practical solutions to a wide range of legal issues.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle a full lifecycle of family matters, including Child Arrangement Orders, Divorce, Matrimonial Finance, Post Nuptial Arrangements, and Cohabitation Disputes.
2. Gain excellent exposure to a varied caseload and possess a sensitive approach in handling these matters.
3. Demonstrate a passion for business development, taking a confident lead in promoting and strengthening the firm’s standing and capabilities.
4. Exhibit exceptional communication skills and attention to detail while working well within a team environment.
5. Supervise more junior members of a team (advantageous).
