The Candidate
As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will take a hands-on approach to developing and implementing HR, Learning & Development, Organisational Development and Equality, Diversity & Inclusion initiatives that strengthen leadership capability, enhance employee engagement, and foster a high-performance culture. This is a pivotal role for Southway and an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing strategic HR leadership with operational delivery, ensuring our people and our business thrive.
