Job Description We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Retail Protection business as a Commercial Finance Manager, with a specific focus around Distribution activities. This role involves managing distributor propositions, evaluating terms and agreements, and supporting the tender process for new business and re-negotiations. You will play a key role in ensuring the success of our Retail Protection offering and achieving our business targets. What you'll be doing: Developing the assessment and approval process for setting commercial terms for new and existing distribution deals. Documenting, developing and reviewing processes to ensure strong governance over relationships with distribution partners Contributing to committees by providing financial and commercial insights and developing relationships with key stakeholders Supporting the Senior Commercial Manager and the business with activities to improve efficiency, reduce cost and improve performance Supporting other teams on distribution agreements, providing advice on the commercial aspects of agreements Supporting the wider Commercial Operations process with pricing, commission changes, master set up, hierarchies, etc. Calculating expected returns on deals using insights on partner performance and market factors Ensuring consumer duty is considered and embedded in all work undertaken
