WHAT TO EXPECT
All major product actions, including the delivery of our exciting new suite of vehicles, are facilitated by Programme Management within the V organisation. At the core of this function is a programme management office, which is responsible for the business processes and reporting tools used within V; this includes the collation of measures and scorecards or dashboards to monitor performance to ensure the on-time, to target delivery of our new high-quality products reflecting modern luxury.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
* To conceptualise, develop and manage the delivery of data analytics within Vehicle Programmes to ensure business objectives are met.
* Ensure plans are clearly communicated and executed, expediting obstacles as and when encountered.
* Develop, implement and enhance analytic insights and products using the most appropriate analytics tool and relevant data engineering.
* Capture and apply the effective use of data pipelines and best practices from across the business.
* Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a willingness and ability to contribute to process improvement initiatives either individually or as part of a larger group.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
* Data Visualisation tools: Tableau.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Has the investigative mindset and related skills that can be used with any number of tools to explore available data.
* Ability to self-direct and manage priorities; ability to handle issues that are not well-defined and/or conflict with available information; ability to successfully navigate ambiguity to resolution.
* Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in computer science, computer engineering, decision science, mathematics, or a related analytical field.
