Job Vacancy: Office Coordinator
We are looking for an Office Coordinator to join our CCTV and Access Control business. No specific experience in the Access Control or CCTV industry is required. We work with a variety of systems, and our customers are predominantly commercial.
If you are a confident, organized person looking to learn and gain experience in sales, this is the role for you.
Main Responsibilities:
* Responsible for updating all engineers’ calendars with daily and weekly work.
* Booking jobs with clients and engineers (via our operational system – training will be provided).
* Liaising with engineers, Project Managers, Clients, and other staff with all queries and requirements.
* Liaising with clients and resolving queries.
* Assistance with credit control elements.
* Keeping customers updated with the progress of their jobs.
* Answering telephone queries from customers for call outs and other services.
* Managing client database via multiple CRMs (Training provided).
* All administration of keyholders' details for monitored customers.
* Scheduling monthly service visits for clients.
* Preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
* Review and reporting of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
* Sending and tracking of quotations.
* Assistance with documents for clients, projects, and the company.
Including any other ad-hoc admin support.
Job Type:
Full-time / Flexible working available
Salary: £23,000 - £28,000 per year (dependent on experience & flexible working)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
Required Knowledge and Experience:
