ABC Teachers is seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant to work full-time at an SEN School in Wolverhampton.
About the role:
As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting students' educational, social, and emotional development. You will work alongside a class teacher and a team of experienced support staff, building a quick rapport with the students to help them gain confidence and meet their educational potential. The role is full-time and can be ongoing for the right candidate.

About you:
To be considered for the Behaviour Support Assistant role, you will:
1. Have previous experience working with children and young people with a range of special educational needs, such as learning difficulties, autism, and looked after children.
2. Have suitable qualifications such as Youth Work, Health and Social Care, or Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (desired but not essential).
3. Have strong communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with students.
4. Be able to obtain suitable references and a DBS check.
