Aquatech Recruitment is proud to represent a premier aquaculture company, seeking a skilled Broodstock Engineer to join their operations in Scotland’s beautiful West Highlands. This role is well-suited for engineers with expertise in electrical and mechanical maintenance who are ready to take on a central role in asset care for land-based plant and equipment. Reporting to site management, you will lead continuous improvement initiatives, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and develop preventive maintenance plans (PPMs) to ensure optimal plant performance. You will also support CAPEX projects across the site to drive forward innovation and efficiency.
