WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
To become an Executive Leadership Team Assistant in our ELT department, we need someone who is organised, proactive, and an excellent communicator. The role requires multitasking, attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and strong interpersonal skills for working with senior executives.
The successful candidate will have the chance to acquire new skills and develop their abilities in a wide range of activities.
Although this position is centred on our Redditch campus, all applicants must be prepared to travel to our other campuses or surrounding areas as required.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
In summary, as someone who has experience of working at a similar level of administrative post, with broad administrative duties, you will support in many aspects. To name a few:
1. Arranging meetings (both internal and external), including room bookings, hospitality, IT, parking and updating the visitor management system.
2. Support with administering cross-College meetings such as Staff Voice, CMT, Scrutiny Reviews etc by preparing agendas, circulating papers and taking notes.
3. Manage, develop and maintain office systems and procedures to ensure that information, correspondence and data are correctly stored, acknowledged and are easily retrievable in a timely and efficient manner.
