Customer Service Advisor
Location: Manchester, Greater Manchester
Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum

Main Duties:
1. To be the initial point of contact for customers and provide the highest standard of customer experience.
2. To establish and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
3. To review all relevant details and efficiently fulfil orders.
4. To expertly deliver quotations and pro forma invoices to meet business needs.
5. To maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the company database.
6. To support and collaborate with all departments to drive the success of the business.
7. To create and manage comprehensive product spreadsheets for optimal organization and efficiency.
8. To proactively resolve any product or service issues to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
9. To actively participate and represent the company at prestigious international trade shows to expand global presence and network with the industry.
Candidate's Profile
1. Previous experience in customer service, sales or export support within a manufacturing company or B2B is beneficial.
2. Computer literate; MS Excel knowledge is essential.
3. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics would be an advantage.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Confident, proactive and dynamic.
