Duties
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and customers. Your main duties will include:
1. Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
2. Assisting customers with product information and troubleshooting
3. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
4. Maintaining accurate customer records in our database
5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
