After seven years of phenomenal growth and numerous awards, we are backed by a joint venture partnership between Legal & General PLC and NatWest Group Pension Trustee Limited. We are on course to significantly transform the later living experience in the UK with a commitment to expand our portfolio to 34 retirement villages, which equates to around 5,000 age-appropriate homes for retirees.
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving new home sales, rentals, relets and part exchange revenue across the retirement village estate. You will work closely with the Village Manager to set the tone of the village within the marketplace and to achieve the highest possible occupancy levels and customer satisfaction in both the Independent Living (IL) and Assisted Living (AL) properties.

The Role:
* Leading team of Village Advisors to achieve agreed sales targets and ensure the sales process is followed correctly and effectively
* Managing of all aspects of sales and progression, ensuring ongoing sales/occupancy targets are achievable and sustained
* Following up sales leads for village properties through effective promotion and capitalisation of market opportunities
* Identifying targeted areas for promotion to maximise sales
* Managing execution of agreed sales and marketing strategies to maximise occupancy and sales / rental rates
* Identifying empty units and initiating corrective action
* Developing and managing of a referral network to generate care leads
* Managing progression of sales through exchange and completion, coordinating responses to questions from solicitors
* Supervising the deposit paid and agree exchange dates within three months unless agreed otherwise
* Preparing detailed weekly reports for Regional Sales Manager, reporting on variances and propose appropriate corrective action to bring sales back to agreed targets
* Managing cleansing and prioritisation of village prospect database, ensuring all enquiries are accurately recorded.
Key Requirements:
* Evidence of positively influencing sales growth, through managing a team of Sales Advisors
* Previously worked within the recruitment sector either in house or for an estate agency
* Deep understanding of the property sales process
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport at ease.
