Position:
We are looking for a Mental Health Network Clinical Operations Manager to join our existing team. The successful applicant will manage the operational delivery and governance of Mental Health services provided via the Mental Health Network of self-employed Network Practitioners, as well as supporting a small team of case managers to deliver the service.
Your success will contribute to the continued growth of the mental health network team. As the Mental Health Network Clinical Operations Manager, you will be a team player and motivated to contribute to helping thousands each year.
Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the Mental Health management team to ensure that service KPIs are met.
* Provide line management and case management supervision to Mental Health Network Case Managers.
* Work with the MH Service Delivery Manager and Clinical Lead to develop and implement new initiatives to ensure that IPRS continues to be at the forefront of Mental Health delivery.
* Collaborate with the Mental Health Supply Chain Manager to ensure that there are sufficient Network Practitioners to deliver contracted levels of service delivery, ensuring that SLAs are maintained.
* Act as a point of escalation for clinical and administrative queries from MH Network Case Managers and Network Practitioners, including performing reviews of complex cases and managing risk & safeguarding concerns in accordance with company policy.
* Work with the Quality & Governance Team to ensure that policies and procedures are in place to ensure robust governance over MH Network activities, including the onboarding of new practitioners.
* Lead on complaint investigations involving Network Practitioners.

Qualifications:
* Core profession in mental health (E)
* Professional Qualification and BABCP Accreditation as a CBT Therapist passed first audit with the BABCP (E)
* Accredited CBT Supervision qualification (E)
Experience:
* Minimum of three years’ experience of mental health service management including experience of staff recruitment, induction, appraisal, and training (E)
* Previous staff management experience (E)
* Previous experience of providing clinical and case management supervision (E)
* Experience of data collection and analysis (E)
Knowledge:
* Computer literate with good Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
* Practical understanding of business (E)
* Demonstrates working to and achieving targets (E)
Skills:
* Strong leadership abilities.
* Effective delegation skills identifying skills and interest in the team and facilitating development opportunities.
* Responsibility and accountability for effective operational service delivery and day-to-day management of the team.
* Contribute to service audit, evaluation, and improvement plans.

Other information:
Salary: £50,000-£53,000 per annum
Hours: 40 Hours per week Monday to Friday
Location: Remote working within the UK
Position: Permanent full-time position
