MONDAY - FRIDAY: START TIMES BETWEEN 04:00 - 06:00

£13.00 PER HOUR

People Solutions are looking for a 7.5 Tonne Driver for our client based in Tamworth.

Day to Day Duties

* Driving Category C1 vehicles safely and efficiently
* 7.5 tonne deliveries and collections of white goods to commercial & residential premises
* 2 - 6 drops per shift on average (dependent on distance)
* Loading and unloading
* Handball involved
* Daily vehicle checks
* Utilising a pump truck when required
* Communicate with the transport team
* Follow company policies and procedures
* Comply with driving rules and regulations

Essential Skills

* Hold a valid UK Category C1 Driving Licence
* Hold a valid UK CPC and UK Digital Tachograph Card
* Have a minimum of twelve months experience driving Category C1 vehicles
* Maximum of six penalty points for minor infringements with no major endorsement codes
* Work in a professional manner
* Excellent communication skills

Training

* You will be required to pass a driving assessment prior to commencing the assignment
* All relevant training will be undertaken with the client
