Nimble solutions (“nimble” and f/k/a National Medical) is currently seeking a Training Program Manager to join our team. nimble provides revenue cycle outsourcing services to ambulatory surgery centers (“ASCs”), surgical practices, surgical hospitals, and anesthesia groups. As the Training Program Manager, you will develop and deliver training content to new team members and current employees. This role will develop focused training initiatives and programs to achieve our long- and short-term organizational goals. This individual should have a successful track record of establishing and executing training programs with a focus on adult based learning principles in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate has significant expertise in RCM operations, developing and delivering training programs for new team members and existing team members to help them be successful in their roles. Responsibilities Create and develop training courses and content to support skill development. Collaborate with Operations senior leadership to understand training needs and design training programs that address skill gaps and support talent development. Partner with HR to assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers, and design training programs to address needs of organization. Develop and design various adult based learning methodologies, including e-learning platforms, and workshops. Partner with the HR Business Partner to measure effectiveness of training programs through metrics, feedback, assessments, and adjust as necessary. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in RCM learning and development to continuously grow and enrich training programs. Collaborate with Operations and Executive Leadership Team to integrate learning initiatives into performance management and career development frameworks. Partner with Operations leadership to develop SOPs and create training content to align with SOPs. Drive and execute training framework for US and India fresher program and career development skill paths. Requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or related field 7 years of progressive experience and proven track record of success in developing and executing training programs. Deep understanding of revenue cycle process, roles and responsibilities. Proven track record of success and experience establishing and scaling global enterprise training programs.
